Responsibilities

As a Sales Roving Staff member at Zen Zest Asia, Inc., your key responsibilities include:

• Greets and interacts with customers.
• Consults with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to merchandise.
• Demonstrates and explains merchandise, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer’s needs.
• Answers customer’s questions about merchandise.
• Assists customers with purchase decisions.
• Retrieves merchandise from the store, stock room, or other inventory locations; places special orders.
• Collects payment using the store point of sale system.
• Processes returns and exchanges.

Qualifications

The company is looking for the following qualifications:

• Good verbal communication skills.
• Active listening skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills.
• Ability to anticipate customer’s needs.
• Ability to recommend merchandise to customers
• At least a High School Graduate
• Previous retail experience preferred.
