Job Qualifications
To be considered for the role, you’ll need to meet the following qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of working experience in meat cutting
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Knowledgeable in pork slaughtering processes which may include but are not limited to gambreling, sticking and evisceration, or
- Knowledgeable in preparing special cuts/retail cuts, and deboning
