As a welcome ambassador, your role is critical in ensuring guests feel welcome and have an enjoyable experience. Your job responsibilities will involve the following:
- Greets and ensures that all guests are attended to in a friendly and helpful manner at all times and attempts to use guests’ names at every opportunity.
- Respond to all guest questions and provide guest assistance and information as requested by maintaining current product knowledge of events and facilities of the hotel.
- To assist Front Desk & Concierge during the peak periods in minimizing the guest’s waiting time at the Front Desk counter

Job Qualifications
If you’re looking to apply for the welcome ambassador position at Ikon Solutions, here are the requirements you’ll need to meet:
- Experience: Candidates must have at least 2 years of working experience (with the service industry and/or modeling background being an advantage).
- Education: Candidates must be a Bachelor’s / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
- Skills: Candidates must possess good to excellent communication skills and must be able to wear high heels and stand for a long period of time.
- Physical Requirement: Applicants must be at least 5’7 feet tall.
